HDO was closely associated for post-war construction work in Iraq, which included complete supply and installation of water distribution pipelines and treatment works. HDO has also supplied unique containerized mobile drinking water treatment plants to Iraq.

In Srilanka, HDO has supplied many water treatment plant equipment to NWSSB and various other industrial clients.

HDO has also executed pulp mill in Turkmenistan and sewage treatment plant in Singapore on EPC basis.
