BPC Ltd. - 3 MLD Effluent Treatment Plant CEMP Phase II
Bharath Petroleum Corporation Ltd. (BPCL) has been expanding its production capacity and carrying out plant modernization efforts under the Capacity-Expansion-cum-Modernization Project (CEMP) Program. Following the successful completion of CEMP Phase I in 2005, BPCL embarked on CEMP Phase ll to set up facilities for producing auto-fuels complying with Euro-III/IV quality specifications and to increase the refining capacity from 7.5 MMPTA to 9.5 MMPTA.Under CEMP II, HDO was awarded the entire EPC contract for their Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP). As a part of the project, following equipment was supplied by HDO:
- Tilted Plate Interceptor(TPI)
- Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF)
- Bio tower
- Aeration Tank
- Secondary Clarifier
- Filters
- Sludge Handling Equipment
- Chemical Dosing & Handling System
- VOC Control System
The effluent treatment plant is running successfully as per Minas Standards.
